Every message and Buzzly is written to a durable on-device journal, held safely, and forwarded the moment any sliver of a link appears. Lose signal mid-sentence and nothing is lost.
Payments never charge blind
Unlike messages, money is never queued for later. A payment through ChowBanQ waits for a live link and completes only when you are genuinely back online — so a charge can't resurrect days later out of context.
Safe against flaky links
Every charge carries a stable idempotency key. If a weak connection flickers and retries, the ChowBanQ hub recognises it and will not double-charge you.

Can I really use BuzzMe on a ship in the middle of the ocean?
Yes — that is exactly what the store-and-forward design is for. You can compose messages and Buzzlys with no connection; they are journaled safely on your device and delivered the moment any link appears — a satellite phone window, port Wi-Fi, a brief uplink. BuzzMe can't manufacture a link out of thin air, but it makes every scrap of connectivity count and never loses your work.
What happens to a payment if I'm offline?
It waits. Unlike messages, payments are never queued to fire later — a charge sent blind days after the fact is a hazard. When you're offline the pay button clearly shows it's waiting for a connection, and the charge only completes once there is a live link to the ChowBanQ hub.
If my connection flickers mid-payment, could I be charged twice?
No. Every charge carries a stable idempotency key. If a weak link drops and the app retries, the ChowBanQ hub recognises the same key and completes the payment once — never twice.
Does BuzzMe ever lose my unsent messages?
No. Queued actions are held in a durable on-device journal — never silently dropped. The only exception is deliberate and honest: a genuinely stale message (unsent for many days) is retired rather than delivered late as a zombie, and you are told it expired so you can decide what to do.
Is this the same as satellite messaging?
Not yet — it's the ground-side foundation for it. The store-and-forward layer is precisely what a satellite link plugs into, because a low-orbit pass is an intermittent window, not a continuous pipe. Building resilience first means BuzzMe already helps people on ships, in remote areas, and in disrupted networks today, and is ready for a satellite bearer later.

BuzzMe can't create connectivity that isn't there. In a true dead zone your messages wait on your device until some link appears — then they send themselves. Payments are held to a higher bar than messages on purpose: money moves only over a live link and is protected against double-charges, so it is never fired blind. This resilience is the ground-side foundation for a future satellite path, not a satellite service today.
