A secure, direct line to your healthcare professionals
If your team is tired of chasing people across mainstream apps and crowded inboxes, BuzzMe is a private, connection-gated channel for reaching verified professionals directly. It is a communication channel — deliberately not a data platform.
Tell us your set-upA channel, not a data platform
The heavy healthcare-data systems mine and analyse everything they touch. BuzzMe is the opposite by design — it moves a message between two people who agreed to connect, and stops there.
What BuzzMe is
- A direct, private line between verified people
- A channel your team controls and consents into
- Encrypted messages that stay between sender and recipient
- Simple enough to adopt without a rollout project
What it isn't
- A data platform that ingests or analyses records
- An AI engine profiling patients or staff
- A surveillance layer or a directory of strangers
- A system of record for medical files
Built for reaching the right people, privately
Connection-gated by design
No one reaches your people uninvited. A message only goes through once both sides have accepted the connection — no cold contact, no strangers, no open directory.
Verified professional identity
Each person carries a stated role that travels with them, so a team lead always knows they are talking to the right professional, not an impersonator.
Private, encrypted messages
Conversations are encrypted and kept between the people in them. There is no feed, no algorithm, and no advertising deciding what anyone sees.
Works when the network doesn't
Messages queue and carry through when coverage is patchy or intermittent — built for field conditions, transfers, and places connectivity disappears.
Where we're careful — and honest
BuzzMe is a secure communication channel, not a system of record for patient data. It isn't a place to store medical files, and it doesn't replace your clinical or compliance systems. Any deployment involving regulated data — under HIPAA, GDPR/UK-GDPR, or local health-data rules — is something we would scope carefully with your team and your governance people before a single record is involved. We would rather under-promise here than overstate what the tool does today.
